Stereo Addiction to headline MTV Insomnia

mtv-insomniaGustavo and John-E have been invited to headline a huge MTV party at the Zmar Eco Camping Resort in Zambujeira do Mar on Saturday the 10th of April. The event is called MTV Insomnia, and those funky people at MTV Portugal couldn’t have chosen a more fitting headlining act, since Stereo Addiction made their name playing to crowds all over Portugal, and abroad, in the small hours of the morning. Joining the guys in the DJ booth will be lisbon’s grooviest female DJ duo Heartbreakerz, another name that should be very familiar to insomniacs all over Portugal. The guys and girls are set to provide all those in attendance with a night filled with the funkiest tech house, and most pounding techno music this side of the river Tejo. You can pre-order tickets by sending an email to reservas@zmar.eu and prices range from 8€ for women and 12€ for men. Make sure you cancel any plans you have on the 10th of April because this is one insomniac’s ball you won’t want to miss.

Stereo Addiction is a DJ duo whose growing demand, in their home country of Portugal and abroad, is due to their undeniable ability to rock any dancefloor, anytime, anywhere.

They have converted masses of clubbers at every turn due to their explosive, addictive fusion of Techno, House and Electro and their down to earth attitude and friendly approachability. They believe in what they do, they do it well and they’re only getting better.

Since 2001, Gustavo & John-E have forged an enviable position for themselves within Portugal's burgeoning club scene. Their nascent sound drew from the Progressive scene and, although they have always subscribed to forward thinking forms of dance music, they have since evolved to absorb the more streamlined textures of Berlin and Cologne. In Portugal they are the figureheads of a rapidly growing movement that has revitalized the country's club culture. If you haven't caught one of their high octane dj sets you haven't wanted to.
